ReplyDeleteInteresting interview. I understand the urge to freelance rather than climb the greasy pole.... took that route myself back in 1983. In my experience the freedom it gives will always compensate for the risks of being self employed!

ReplyDeleteI am familiar with the work of Faith Shannon and the Designer bookbinders, in fact there were no less than four "Fellows" in the room when I did the workshop! A very humbling experience.
