  1. Nice day for a walk, shame about your achilles. I sympathise with you completely I know how painful it can be. I had my achilles injected with my own blood (!) to heal it. It worked amazingly. Just found your blog so quite a bit of back reading to catch up on. Sue x

  4. The snow drifts are still here but are juxtapositioned against bright sunlight hedges. That wonderful time between winter and not quite spring. Full of anticipation.

  11. Couldn't agree with you more about the sun.Wonderful to feel it on your face. On the beach in 12 degrees yesterday. It felt positively tropical! Sadly, today had reverted to Antarctic conditions but I feel we've turned a corner...
